Made-to-Order Policy
All VELHAYA products are made-to-order, meaning each item is handcrafted only after an order is confirmed and payment is received.
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products:

Production begins specifically for your order

Returns and refunds are limited
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this made-to-order policy.
Returns Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is defective or damaged

The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

Once an order enters production, cancellations are not permitted.
If cancellation is requested before production begins, approval is at VELHAYA’s discretion.
